This trip is perfect for creative, curious travelers who love the changing seasons, springtime landscapes, and experiencing a destination through art, history, and culture. Designed for artists of all levels, it’s an especially great fit for those inspired by flowers, flora and fauna, charming European towns, historic architecture, and the vibrant colors of tulip season.
Beyond painting, there’s plenty to discover from Belgian chocolate and centuries of Dutch and Belgian history to the remarkable engineering behind the Netherlands’ dikes, waterways, and Delta Works. And because spring in this part of Europe likes to keep things interesting, come ready for a little of everything: wind, rain, sunshine, and maybe even a surprisingly warm afternoon, sometimes all in the same day! It’s all part of the adventure, and we’ll have a wonderful time painting and exploring through it all.

For the past six years, Andrea has taught alcohol ink and watercolor classes at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center in Austin, in addition to hosting weekly workshops, private instruction, and art experiences from her studio in New Braunfels.
Andrea’s work is featured online, in local galleries and cafés, and at regional art markets throughout Central Texas. She also offers commissioned pieces and in-home art consultations.
